(From the Tuvalu Ship Registry)
The Tuvalu Administration was notified on 30 December 2025 of a complaint regarding unpaid wages and repatriation requests for crew onboard the above vessel.
We immediately contacted and pushed the Owner to settle all outstanding wages and arrangement where requested, advising that failure to resolve the matter could lead to further escalation, including under the vessel’s financial security.
The Administration remained in close contact with both the Owner and the ITF and requested documentary evidence and compliance.
On 13-14 January 2026, the Owner provided with evidence confirming that all ten(10) crew members had received their outstanding wages. On 15 January 2026, the ITF confirmed that wages were paid , four (4) crew members were repatriated, and the case was closed.
The Administration therefore considers the matter resolved in accordance with the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006.
Kindly refer to the attached email correspondence with the ITF and the Owner for reference.
