With reference to the mail cited below, I am directed to inform that, as per the records available on the Directorate General of Shipping website, no crew list is reflected for the vessel VISION (9236016.
In light of this, it is challenging to examine the matter further without the details of Indian seafarers currently working on board the vessel. Therefore, we kindly request that the relevant details (either CDC No. or passport No) of the seafarers serving on board the above-mentioned vessel may kindly be provided to this Directorate at the earliest, so as to enable us to expedite the necessary action in the matter.

We’re under the impression the flag state is Antigua and Barbuda, they we’re contacted on 4th November 2025. The owner has requested three weeks from the court to settle the outstanding crew wages, port dues, and court-related payments.
