Port State Control has informed the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management of the Kingdom of the Netherlands on February 23rd 2026 that the seafarer from Ukraine who was on board the vessel Ocean Diversity and was abandoned in the Netherlands, has been paid the owed wages and is off board the vessel.
At this moment the owner (***) of the vessel himself is on board.

The seafarers 3-month contract began on 20 April 2025. Recent communication raised concerns about his health, particularly due to a noticeably hoarse voice. It is recommended that he undergo an immediate medical examination in accordance with the shipowner’s obligations under MLC 2006.
