Please see attached MLC financial security information. The vessel’s Operator has advised the following as of today, January 29, 2026: “We are in contact with the Owners regarding the outstanding salaries of the crew and have been informed that the salaries are being processed. They expect to be able to make the payments by the first week of February, or at the latest by the second week. In the interim, please note that the vessel is covered by a valid Financial Security Agreement in accordance with MLC Regulation 4.2.1 with the American Steamship Owners Mutual Protection & Indemnity Association, Inc.
