We have to inform all the authorities that shipowner's complaint that you delivered salaries to pay and we rejected to receive them - it is absolutely false information!
1. It was not all the salary for crew is false again. And this situation repeats 5 months now.
2. The salaries had to be paid many months ago as our contracts have been finished long time ago. It was never done.
3. We are kept here as hostages on a vessel and it was suicidal situations onboard already, because of this situation.
4. Taxes. It is obligation of the shipowners/company to pay the taxes for employee.
5. Our salaries agreed, calculated and must be paid - it is Netto, or salary volume after taxes, what we have to receive "on hand". Shipowner wants to deduct our salaries after many months failing to pay them.
6. This is not employee fault, if shipowner failed to pay taxes for many months.
7. As we have been informed, shipowner have received loan for salaries to pay 3 weeks ago. If it is still not done, we clearly see - there is no any plan to pay salaries for crew.
We urgently ask all authorities involved to protect us and to help us as we as a crew members are unpaid, abandoned, without visas and we clearly see that shipowner doesn't plan to pay us our salaries in full, but tries to found new excuses and tools of pressure on a crew.
