The attached fourth report concerning the same vessel which was earlier on 10 July 2025 notified to be abandoned with the same crew on board in Mindelo, Cabo Verde on 1 July 2025, then again notified on 15 September 2025 to be abandoned in Montevideo, Uruguay on 2 September 2025, and then again notified on 20 November 2025 to be abandoned in Tuzla, Turkiye on 31 October 2025.
