For your information we were not aware that vessel was bareboat chartered from Tuvalu to St. Kitts & Nevis flag.
We have attached information we received from Tuvalu advising vessel was registered under their flag as “new entry” on 15th September 2025.
We did not receive any information, neither from Tuvalu nor St. Kitts & Nevis, that vessel was bareboat chartered out to St. Kitts & Nevis flag.
Also, we did not receive the certificate that Tuvalu have forwarded stating vessel bareboat chartered out to St. Kitts & Nevis flag effective 5th December 2025.
We have urgently written to St. Kitts & Nevis flag asking them to confirm bareboat charter registration to their flag and, on receipt of their conformation, will update our records accordingly.
