I am directed to forward herewith the details of the resolved abandonment case of the vessel RAZOUK (IMO No. 9162320), as furnished by the concerned RPSL company, in the template prescribed by the ILO/IMO.
The duly completed template is enclosed herewith for your kind consideration and for taking necessary action towards closure of the abandonment case in the ILO/IMO Joint Database
Letters were issued to the concerned authorities, RPSL agency, and other stakeholders to facilitate the resolution of the case at the earliest. Wages have been settled and the documentary evidence of the same is submitted by mail

M/S.Adishakti Ship Management Pvt (RPSL-MUM-***) has forwarded email dated 02.04.2026 to ITF for resolved the case on ILO/IMO data base, copy enclosed.

With reference to your trailing email concerning MV Razouk, we wish to inform you that both crew members, Mr. *** and Mr. @@@, were engaged in the capacity of Trainee Ordinary Seaman (TR OS).
Their respective email IDs have been marked in CC in this correspondence to facilitate any further direct communication, if required.
We hereby submit the following documents for your kind perusal and record:
1. Email confirmation replies received from both crew members (PDF)
2. Copies of Passports bearing Immigration stamps, CDC copies including ship-stamped pages, and Onboard Crew List (PDF)
3. Self-Declaration Forms and Salary Confirmation Slips (PDF)
All the above documents have been furnished in compliance with your request.
In view of the foregoing, we respectfully request the DG Shipping (Crew Department), DSEO Office, Mumbai, and the concerned ITF / IMO / ILO authorities to kindly consider the matter as closed, as both crew members have duly signed off from the vessel.
The concerned crew members have also been marked in CC for any further clarification, should the same be required.

4 crew members initially raised concerns, later joined by the full crew, leading to a ship visit on 25th February that revealed shortages of water, provisions, and fuel. 5 crew members we’re repatriated and replaced. On 21st March a cadet fell overboard and remains missing, with search efforts ongoing and legal action being prepared.
