His confirmation for the safe receipt of his full wages is attached herewith for your kind reference.

Meanwhile, our Finance team is actively working to reconcile the gap that was inadvertently created during the April settlement for the entire crew. This will be followed by the May settlement shortly thereafter, ensuring full alignment and closure.
