Please find herewith attached a message which IMO received from Mr. ***, Department of Marine Administration, Myanmar, concerning General Cargo Ship ‘TAHA’, IMO Number N/A, Flag: Comoros False , having on board 6 seafarers (2 seafarers requesting assistance) from Iran (Islamic Republic of) (4) and Myanmar (2) who are abandoned in Bandar Charak, Iran (Islamic Republic of) since 1 August 2025. The two Myanmar seafarers have outstanding wages for 11 months and seeking to be repatriated due to the conflict war area. The insurer is: UNKNOWN - refer the attached report.
The received information and request is duly noted and will be recorded on the joint IMO/ILO database on abandonment of seafarers.
I herewith would like to call on ITF who initially reported this new abandonment case to provide at the earliest convenient the IMO crew list of the General Cargo Ship ‘TAHA’, IMO Number N/A, Flag: Comoros False at the time of abandonment, and if the IMO crew list is not available, to kindly provide the details of the Myanmar seafarer, name, passport number and Seafarer Identification and Record Book (SIRB) number.
All information received, except personal data, will be duly recorded on the joint IMO/ILO database on abandonment of seafarers.

I received your email and noted that the IMO number for the abandoned vessel TAHA is missing and the flag is incorrect. There are two Myanmar seafarers onboard and they had been the conflict war area and not received their outstanding wages 10 months.
Since the ship you mentioned does not have an IMO number, we cannot confirm whether it is a registered vessel with us. Please verify the detail.
We would be grateful if you could kindly provide the details of the Myanmar seafarer, name, passport number and Seafarer Identification and Record Book (SIRB) number.
We would appreciate receiving the above information at your earliest convenience to enable us to examine the matter and take it up with the appropriate authorities for early resolution.
