I have contacted West P&I as the insurer for the vessel, VAUGHAN, IMO Number 9256901 concerning the crew member requiring urgent medical assistance. I can report the following:

- West P&I have been advised by the Member that the vessel, which was previously at Oman and with limited ability to disembark unless emergency care was required, arrived at Fujairah Wednesday 8 July at 1700 hrs LT. The visa for the sign off of Ch. Off.*** at Fujairah has been obtained.

West P&I are advised that Members are arranging his medical examination and sign off and Liberia Flag has also been informed accordingly.
