Circumstances
Vessel arrived at Piraeus anchorage on August 3rd, 2009(transit) for bunkering. Vessel has been detained by several court orders. Vessel has also been detained from Piraeus Port Authority for not having valid safety certificates. Seafarers boarded the vessel on August 13th, 2010 and replaced former crew.
Document of nationality issued by the State of Panama has expired.
In view of the available information, the notification date has been set to 1 July 2011. (ILO, 8 April 2025)

Ukrainian chief mate signed off on January 16th, 2012 and has been repatriated.
Vessel was awarded after auction to Liberian based "TAYSIR SHIPPING COMPANY".
According to ship's agent, on January 16th, 2012 she has been towed to Izmir Turkey.

Five of the six crew members have left from the vessel without informing the competent port authorities and have illegally entered the country.
