(From the Maritime Safety Administration)

Your email about new abandonment case (Ayat, IMO: 9310680) has been well received and processed.

China notes that, upon receipt of your email, the vessel had already departed from Fujian, China and, according to AIS information, is currently in Singapore, which renders us unable to take further action.

Furthermore, upon verification, an OS embarked the vessel at a Fuzhou, China to take up employment, and no seafarer reported any abandonment information to the Port State during the vessel's stay at that port.

Should there be any developments, we will keep you informed promptly.
