We acknowledge receipt of the below notification.
We would like further to share some information on the registration status of the vessel. Namely, that the vessel was initially registered with St.Kitts and Nevis International Ship Registry on 17 January 2025 under the name SARWAT GAS (IMO 9185580). While the vessel registration certificate was issued up to 16 January 2029, the vessel registration has been expired since 16 January 2026, as the Owners failed to settle annual fees. The MLC related insurance certificates are expired as well.
The vessel is currently flying the Flag of Mali. Unfortunately, the vessel representatives have not communicated the change of Flag with this Administration, therefore we are opening a legal investigation against the vessel.

The vessels flag was updated to Mali FALSE effective 7th April 2026 based off AIS broadcast and the understanding that Mali do not operate an international ship registry at present (confirmed by Mali).

The health of the crew is reported to be deteriorating and the the company has failed to respond to repeated requests for assistance other than to say they want the vessel arrested and sold.
