I herewith would like to request the relevant port State United Arab Emirates to provide for the requested information regarding the crew member from the Republic of Azerbaijan (name, surname, date of birth, etc.), and alternatively also to ITF who initially reported this new abandonment case.

I am contacting you from the behalf of the State Maritime and Port Agency under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan. We have received information regarding the abandonment of the vessel Hoot (IMO Number 9267962). The relevant information has been forwarded to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In order to provide assistance to a crew member, the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the United Arab Emirates requested information regarding him (name, surname, date of birth, etc.). In this regard, we kindly ask you to provide information about the crew member who applied for assistance on this vessel.
