Circumstances
Ship dragged anchor and damaged a Fish Farm off the harbour entrance in Portland. Ship assisted into Portland. Ship put under PSC Detention by MCA. Fish Farm owners has vessel put under Admirality Marshalls arrest to claim for damages to the fish farm. Subsistence currently funded by Admirality Marshall.
