I herewith would like to invite ITF who initially reported the new abandonment case, to respond to the request for providing the exact geographical location of the vessel, including its latitude and longitude. If available, information on the nearest city, port facility, terminal or anchorage would also be appreciated.

According to the information provided, the place of abandonment is stated as “Baiyangwan, China.” However, we understand that Baiyangwan is the name of an inland waterway port in China, which is insufficient to precisely identify the location concerned.
To facilitate verification of the case and identification of the competent local authority, could you please provide the vessel’s exact geographical location, including its latitude and longitude? If available, information on the nearest city, port facility, terminal or anchorage would also be appreciated.
Upon receipt of the above information, we will proceed with the necessary verification.
