refer the attached second report concerning the same vessel which was earlier this year on 24 March 2026 notified having on board 17 seafarers (1 seafarer requesting assistance) from Azerbaijan (2), Egypt (1), Georgia (3), India (7), Indonesia (1), and Philippines (3) who were then abandoned enroute to Baniyas, Syria on 1 March 2026. There were then also outstanding wages for 2 months. The insurer was also: London P & I .
