I would like to provide an update regarding the outstanding wage complaint for Mahmoud. A (6702272).
The owner updated the progress of this complaint , the following actions have been completed:
• Four crew members who requested to disembark have successfully disembarked.
• Their outstanding wages have been fully settled.
• Supporting documents, including payment evidence, boarding passes, and flight tickets, have been provided for the four Kenyan crew members.
• The matter has also been communicated with the ITF, and they have been kept updated on the progress.
Regarding the Captain:
• An initial payment of USD 1,000 has been made , the remaining outstanding balance is USD 16,177 .
• The Captain is currently receiving medical attention in Muscat.
• Remaining wages are expected to be settled by end of this week
We will continue to follow up on the matter and provide further updates once the remaining payment is settled.
