Circumstances
The vessel has been sold. The new owner has not paid the crew's wages since May, has not paid the outstanding debt to the seller, and has not paid for the bunkers received. (Reported by the Romanian Naval Authority)

Following to our below & attached notification, we would like to inform you again that the vessel in subject “MILITSA - 9003770” has been cancelled by our Administration on 01.09.2026, and we enclosed here a copy of the issued cancellation letter for your reference,
The vessel in subject “MILITSA - 9003770” is mentioned as detained under Togo (on 01.09.2026 @ Constanta - Romania) in the list of current detentions in Paris MOU, and meantime kindly asking your attention that this detention must not be recorded under Togo flag since the vessel was cancelled already by our Administration…
And accordingly kindly requested again to inform all PSC authorities in Paris Mou that the vessel is cancelled (no longer active) in our books and should not be allowed to sail using (registry & statutory) certificates that has been cancelled by Togo Administration

During PSC inspection, objective evidence was found indicating non-compliance with MLC, 2006, Standard A2.5.2 (abandonment), incl. wages unpaid for 4 months and communication severed between ship and Company.
