Circumstances
Vessel has been detained by Cadiz PSC since 24 April 2013. Wages unpaid since October 2013 and vessel is under arrest by another creditor. Shortage of provisions and electricity on board. Crews are requesting repatriation.

The ship was detained by Spain PSC and, as usual in the detention cases and following the Spanish legal proceedings, a guarantee deposit of 30,000 Euro was made. Currently, the court has imposed an embargo corresponding to 60,000 Euro. Most of the certificates are expired.
