Circumstances
Seafarers in distress owed 8 months wages and some have contracted malaria as they can only sleep out doors as the air condition does not function. Have managed to correspond via email with Captain. Ship is detained by Nigeria Port Authority (NIMASA) who is not supplying food, fuel, and water to the crew. Owners have disappeared, blackout on board.
