Circumstances
No wages received for 6 months, vessel out of water for last 10 days and out of food for last 5 days. Ship’s condition also very bad. Two crew members have been on board for over 12 months, others’ 6 month contract ended. Some crews’ licences have now also expired. No communication with management for more than a month.
