Circumstances
Being detained by the court due to unknown reason. Remaining food is to finish on 13 February 2017. Seafarers complain of mental and physical deterioration. Master has been on the ship for 21 months from May 2015, 3rd Officer has been on the ship for 16 months.
Half of seafarers have been on the ship more than 11 months. None have been paid since August 2016.

The master gave me attached position of 6th March and another map is the position of just a minute ago.
The master says all problems have been resolved and the ship is heading for China.
The abandonment case of this ship is closed.
