Circumstances
It is understood that crew have not been paid for 6 months, limited food and water supplies, 2 crew members ill and apparently in need hospitalisation. Crew appear to be intimidated and fearful of victimisation. No direct contact with them has been possible.

The charterer has today come back
saying that the seafarers are lying but we have no means to confirm the actual situation as the crew cannot be contacted.
