Circumstances
Jan. 16, 2017 - The vessel was detained at Heraklion by the Liberian flag Administration due to Owner’s failure to deliver food, water and fuel to the vessel.
Feb. 2, 2017 - the Heraklion Port Auth. and the seafarers informed the Flag Administration of the Owner’s failure to pay outstanding wages, deliver food/water, and fuel to the vessel.
