The three vessels from Sète Port South France: BILADI, BNI N'SAR, MARRAKECH have been treated by Court cases:
BNI N'SAR Crew is not yet paid but money is in Court (It should be settled in 2017)
BILADI case is settled (Crew paid vessel sold). Few crewmembers are still in process for being paid by lawyer.
MARRAKECH case is settled (Crew paid vessel sold). Few crewmembers are still in process for being paid by lawyer.
For Biladi and Marrakech they are closed and backpay mentionned in our Core System.
