Circumstances
Unpaid since March, no provisions, No fuel getting to total black out, no fresh water, no drinkable water on board. Military on board. Passports confiscated, very problematic conditions due to conflict and border closure due to cholera outbreak.

MA imposed a documentary restriction over the vessel, which prevent the cancelation of the registry and the change of ownership in the registry.
According to the Database, the crewmembers were repatriated in two groups, and 3 months of wages are pending payment.
Through email date August 19, 2021. An email was sent to the Merchant Marine Vessel Registration Department requesting the flag status of the vessel. We are waiting for an answer.
