Circumstances
Blackout from 07.00-19.00 for past 3 months, no potable water, no air conditioning, no medical assistance, inadequate provisions. 6 crew requested sign-off 4 months ago, no response from company. No wages paid since they joined the vessel. Company not responding to calls from ITF or crew.

Scattered information reported that the seafarers have disembarked. Some of the crew reconnected with us once they were put on other vessels, but we were not able to inform us if their wages had been settled in full or part.
We have subsequently lost contact with the crew.
