Circumstances

Crew unpaid for up to 4 months; employment for 9 members of the crew came to an end and they are overdue for repatriation; critical level of provisions and drinking water onboard. We further understand that subsequent to the abandonment report to us, the vessel was involved in a collision on 09 July 2017.

West of England P&I Club on its website shows a valid insurance cover for the vessel under MLC’s Regulation 2.5.2 (18/01/2017 - 20/02/2018) and MLC – Regulation 4.2 (18/01/2017 - 20/02/2018)
