Circumstances
Vessel arrested due to non-payment of MGO. P&I club involved and accepting their obligations even though cover has been terminated. However Indian port authorities demand minimum safe manning of crew to remain on board.

The crew stopped communicating with us and we have no method of verifying Captain *** email. The vessel is now Dead according to IHS Maritime.
31 December 2020: Panama
Through Email dated June 20, 2019, Captain *** confirms that the pending wages were paid by Court Order.
We asked ITF to update the status of the case to be RESOLVED.
