Dear All
Here’s an update on the Crisnik K – the seafarers were repatriated (their families paid for the tickets, ship agent paid transport costs)and the vessel has now been auctioned. I thin it can be marked ‘disputed’. This is the inspector’s report:

About ten days ago the vessel was auctioned .
Today the deadline for the application of any demands is expiring .
After that it will take a lot of time to be cleared who are entitled to receive money .
Then the public notary will share the money to them according to their priority .
According to the lawyer the seafarers will definitely get paid but it is very early to know the exact amount and time .

The owners failed to pay their P&I Club, therefore the seafarers were uncovered.
