Circumstances
Seafarers on board for more than 30 months, for three months they have been at Sharjah Hamriyah free zone, prior to that 27 months at anchorage in Ajman port. They are owed wages for 23-24 months. Wage rates are very low – AB on USD 200/month and even then not paid.

28 January 2021: International Transport Workers' Federation
All crew have been repatriated. No confirmation of outstanding moneys having been paid and there is no longer any communication with the crew. RESOLVED.
31 December 2020: Panama
This case was reported by Maritime Administration of India, on January 24,2018, and ITF, indicating that 6 crewmembers want to be repatriated, and owing 6 months of salaries.
PMA imposed a documentary restriction over the vessel, which prevent the cancelation of the registry and the change of ownership in the registry.
The vessel was sanctioned through the Resolution No. 106-S-136-DGMM of February 15, 2018.
Through Email dated August 05, 2018, ITF confirmed that they lost contacted with the crewmembers of the vessel, based on this we request that this complaint be label as "INACTIVE".
