Circumstances
Wages not paid since November 2017. Requests for repatriation and final settlement not met, Inadequate provision. Vessel blew aground on 10 Feb. Neither the owner or a representative of the owner has visited. Support provided by ITF, AOS and port authorities. Most certificates expired.

There is no cooperation from the owner/manager and in fact to date they have not yet come to Malta. The owner/manager has been given a Wreck Removal Notice but to date is not meeting its obligations both in terms of local regulations and the applicable Statutory Instruments.
