Circumstances

Vessel in Ensenada since August 2017 with engine problems, crew not paid since December 2017. Ship arrested by the court due to dispute between owner and charterer. Crew included in claim. Initially not all crew claimed repatriation. 23 March American Club correspondent visited the vessel and collected documents and details for repatriation. Court judgement expected imminently.

Regarding abandonment case of Triumph-9264130, P&I Club eventually shouldered crew's salary up to 4 months and repatriation.
13 Filipino, 2 Romanian and 2 Bangladesh were repatriated on 08 May 2018 and Filipino master was also repatriated on 12 May 2018.
The ship is now under control of Mexico Navy and this case has been closed
