Circumstances
Wages were owed since December 2017, Dec & Jan were paid following PSC inspection, now owed since February. Salary below ILO minimum. No diesel oil has been supplied since 23 April, causing food to spoil. Very limited provisions on board. All crew want to be repatriated with owed wages. No response from owner. P&I delaying.
