Circumstances
Seafarers have not been paid for 5 months, company ignoring all attempts to contact them. 14 of 16 crew have expired contracts and want to be repatriated. P&I club contacted but they have said that the member is not up to date with premiums and therefore checking their obligations.
In view of the available information, the notification date has been set to 24 May 2018. (ILO, 8 April 2025)

We have written to the ILO to set the status of this case to disputed, as we have lost contact with the crew and therefore cannot verify if all outstanding wages were received

We have not been able to communicate any further with the crew. It has not been possible for us to verify if the outstanding wages have been paid
31 December 2020: Panama
Through Email dated August 15, 2018, the Captain (initial complainant) and the Registered Agent provided this Administration a confirmation of payment, and that the repatriation was been taken care.
Through Email dated August 08, 2019, we informed of payments made, and requested that the Database is updated with this information.
