Dear Sir/Madam,
Three Russian crews have still been in Wakkanai.
They are eager to return home.
There is a hole in ship's hull and sea water is leaking into the ship, and therefore electric generator needs to be operated 24 hours to run a water pump to discharge it.
Skeleton crews have to be stayed in the ship to maintain ship's safety and when they return home their relievers have to be arranged.
Crew replacement needs owner's approval but the owner Ivanov seems to be in jail in China and nobody can contact with him.
This seems to be unusual situation and I would like to know what you are considering to have them return home.

This vessel is listed as a fishing vessel in sea-web but is registered as a general cargo ship. Unfortunately, the P&I club say that the insurance was cancelled prior to the claim and the vessel is certainly not showing on their website. We have not received any response from the flag State.
