Circumstances
Abandonment case concerning 3 Indian seafarers abandoned since the last 3 months and 1 Indian seafarer abandoned since the last 21 months.
The crew are in contact with the ITF representative in Iran and the Indian Embassy. The owner is not responding to any of these organisations. The crew’s passports and other documents have been taken away by the owner, who is not returning the passports which would enable the crew to return home.
