Circumstances
During a special MLC Inspection at Thessaloniki on 2/21/2019, the flag Inspector discovered delay of wage payments and allotments. It became apparent that it was the Company’s practice to pay the crew every two months, as opposed to monthly intervals pursuant to MLC 2006.
According to the procedure, the abandonment date has been set to 21 February 2019. (ILO, 8 April 2025)
