10 February 2022: International Transport Workers' Federation
All the crew have been repatriated but remain unpaid. The ITF offered legal assistance to the crew, but the Algerian Court refused to admit the crew wage claims.
11 August 2021: International Transport Workers' Federation
February 2021: the final decision of the court in Bejaia rejected the crew claim and no further recourse is admitted. The seafarers are logically unhappy with this decision but unfortunately there were no other ways to solve this issue legally.
5 March 2021: International Transport Workers' Federation
The ITF has repatriated all the crew without outstanding wages. Crew have been given ITF legal assistance and the case is now in the Algerian courts. Disputed.
28 January 2021: International Transport Workers' Federation
Case still in court. ITF offered legal assistance to crew. Until now the courts have refused the demands of the crew.
