Circumstances
The shipowner is unable to maintain the ship and crew due to lack of funds.
Crew have been unpaid since July and have reported shortages of food and fuel.
Crew requires repatriation.
P&I club is Ingosstrakh, who claim to have cancelled the cover as of 21 October 2019.
