The Panama Flag vessel Potts Express has been abandoned for almost three years. Some of the crew have been repatriated, but others are still in the country. The crew has reportedly sued the agent, and the court has ruled that a marshall sale of the ship will take place on April 8, 2006. The beneficial owner of the vessel is a Nigerian national.
