Circumstances
Vessel has been at anchor since beginning of August.
4 Myanmar seafarers have outstanding wages of 8 months Myanmar embassy in Hong Kong are preparing to repatriate the crew, but they will not leave the vessel until they have their owed wages.

30 November 2021: International Transport Workers' Federation
4 Myanmar crew were repatriated on a relief flight on 22nd November 2020. The vessel was left the anchorage of Kaohsiung by 16 March 2021. We continue to press the agent and owner to pay the outstanding wages.
5 March 2021: International Transport Workers' Federation
Currently remain 5 Chinese crew on the vessel at the Kaohsiung anchorage.
We continue to press the owners to fulfil their obligation and pay the outstanding wages.
