Circumstances
Previous owner contracted Covid-19 and could no longer manage the vessel so it was sold. Charter took over and acted as owner, providing food and water, but unable to cover all outstanding wages. The vessel has been anchored since 18/01/2020. The crew stayed on board as they are owed 10 months wages.

Owed wages totalling $USD 28,700 were paid to the Captain, C/Eng and C/Mate.
The C/Mate was repatriated to Colombia at the expense of the ITF. The other 2 officers refused any ITF assistance to repatriate them and both agreed with the owner to stay on board. Resolved.
