Circumstances
The crew have retained the services of a lawyer and arrested the vessel. The Harbour Master is refusing to allow the crew to leave until replacement crew are on board

We understand that the remaining crew on board will be paid within a week. Those crew who had been repatriated and had filed a judicial case, have had their money deposited in a bank by Palmali. However, it is known whether they are receiving their wages yet. The vessel is at a shipyard and planned to start trading soon. Vessel is now under Liberia flag.

5 crew remain on board. Outstanding wages for these crew until 31/01/2021 totals $70,212. The 2nd Officer from the Shovket Alexprova was transferred to Mubariz Ibrahimov.
9 December 2020: International Transport Workers' Federation
All officers were repatriated on 28th November 2020 with 4 months wages paid by the P&I Club. Four crew members remain on board who refused repatriation - RESOLVED
