5 September 2023: International Transport Workers' Federation
All outstanding wages for the crew were received. The Master was the only crew member who did not confirm receipt of funds
18 October 2022: International Transport Workers' Federation
Now sailing under the name of Imam Hashimar Mammadzadeh
In April 2021 the vessel it was in a shipyard in Turkey and all crew except for the Master had received their wages. The Master had filed a case in court, but the outcome is unknown to us at the moment.
3 May 2022: International Transport Workers' Federation
The vessel has been renamed to IMAN BAHRAM MAMMADZADEH. All crew except the Master have received their outstanding wages. The Master has filed a court case and it is hoped that a solution will be found shortly.
13 December 2021: International Transport Workers' Federation
The vessel is still at the same place and the crew has still not been paid. Some of them have been onboard for 24 months hoping they get paid.
5 March 2021: International Transport Workers' Federation
1 crewmember wants to be repatriated and we have engaged with the P&I. The period for which we made the claim on behalf of the crewmember was covered by West of England. They have informed us that they will assume responsibility, having initially refuted this . The crewmember will receive $USD15,000 for 4 months. The ITF will continue to advise the crewmember on the process to recover the rest of his outstanding wages through a judicial process.
