Vessel is under repair operations and the crew report non- payment of salaries for 4 months, some contracts have already expired.

Please note the information submitted by the Local Maritime Authority in Las Palmas concerning the abandonment case of the vessel FRIO V.
On 4 March 2021, wage claims of the FRIO V crew was referring to FRIO V’s agent by the Local Maritime Authority in Las Palmas according to the MLC 2006 and the ship-owner was also formally requested to proceed to settle the situation, paying the wages due and in accordance with international standard (MLC 2006).
On 5 March 2021, the ship-owner of the vessel replied through his agent stating his acknowledgement and acceptance of the wage claim. The ship-owner also confirmed that some of the crew had already received the outstanding amounts and undertook to pay the remaining crew as soon as possible.

So far, the P&I called HYDOR NORWAY is refusing to provide the funds to repatriate the crew and to pay outstanding wages.
