Vessel sank at sea on 27th May 2022. Crew did not receive their outstanding wages and are not expected to now

6 April 2022: International Transport Workers' Federation
Vessel has now changed name to CETUS and flag to Comoros. The vessel departed the Dominican Republic late February/early March in defiance of a court order.

Three Honduran crew successfully were repatriated on the 23rd of March, 2021 by ITF. However they didn´t get the money. The safety deficiencies reported by the crew and the substandard vessel that we could see on the videos received were reported to the PSC in Dominican Republic and to the Flag State.
