Circumstances
11 crewmembers commenced their employment on 01/04/2019. Towards the end of February 2020, the vessel arrived in China where she remained, with the crewmembers on board, until they were repatriated to back to Indonesia on 29/04/2021. The crewmembers concerned are still owed 14 months wages.
